Oleificio La Selva was founded in the late 1990s, in the heart of the most authentic Apulia, between the golden hills of Laterza and the silent green of La Selva. Patrizia Pace, together with her husband, turned a bet into a vocation. Since then, every season has become a chapter to write, every harvest a memory, every drop of oil a testimony.
Good to taste, good to live
Patrizia does not run an oil mill but lives it. She chooses and arranges each piece of machinery as if it were furnishing her home. She supervises every step, from harvesting to milling to bottling, with the same care with which you prepare a table for someone you love.
Next to her are her children: two generations intertwining, like the branches of an ancient olive tree.
A story of simple gestures, of hands that work the land and eyes that guard its beauty. A story that smells of oil, truth and future.

True goodness doesn't need anything else: it all starts with a good harvest straight from the tree, careful processing of the olives and excellent preservation of the oil.
